近年来,BIM技术在国内逐渐得到认识和运用,作为一种全新的技术,BIM不仅能够在建筑业上发挥效用,提高建筑质量、节省人力和工时,同时也能够运用在工程审计方面,通过介绍BIM的概念和高校的工程审计模式,主要探讨了二者的结合点,如:开工前审计,施工期审计等以期其为高校工程审计工作在实际中能进一步结合,更好的提高审计效率。
In recent years, BIM technology has been gradually recognized and used domestically. As a new technology, BIM not only can play its role in the construction industry, improve the quality of construction, save manpower and man-hours, but also can be used in engineering auditing and introducing The concept of BIM and the project audit model in colleges and universities mainly focus on the combination of the two such as pre-commencement audit and construction-period audit so that their audit work in higher education institutions can be further integrated in practice and improve the audit efficiency.
