目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定除痰止嗽丸(CTZSW)中桔梗皂苷D、桔梗皂苷E、白花前胡甲素和白花前胡乙素的含量。方法:Hypersil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流速1.0 mL·min-1,流动相乙腈-水(35∶65)(桔梗皂苷D和桔梗皂苷E),ELSD漂移管温度105℃,载气(N2)流速2.6 SLPM·min-1;流动相乙腈-甲醇-水(40∶30∶30)(白花前胡甲素和白花前胡乙素),检测波长321 nm。结果:桔梗皂苷D和桔梗皂苷E分别在0.041 3~0.826 0μg(r=0.999 7),0.079 7~1.594 0μg(r=0.999 8)进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为98.32%,98.94%,RSD(n=6)分别为0.80%,0.93%;白花前胡甲素和白花前胡乙素分别在0.154 9~3.098 0μg(r=0.999 4),0.051 7~1.034 0μg(r=0.999 8)进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为98.72%,99.15%,RSD(n=6)分别为0.86%,0.95%。结论:该方法测定结果准确、灵敏、重复性好;可用于除痰止嗽丸的质量评价。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of platycodin D, platycodin E, dlrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr METHODS: Hypersil C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min -1. Results: Platycodin D and Platycodin E showed a good linear relationship with the peak areas in the ranges of 0.041 3-0.826 0 μg (r = 0.999 7) and 0.079 7-1.594 0 μg (r = 0.999 8), respectively. The average sample recovery (P = 0.999), and the rates were 98.32%, 98.94%, and 0.93% respectively for RSD (n = 6) and 0.154 9 ~ 3.098 0μg (r = 0.999 4) and 0.051 7 ~ 1.034 0μg r = 0.999 8) There was a good linear relationship between injection volume and peak area. The average recoveries were 98.72% and 99.15%, respectively, and RSD (n = 6) were 0.86% and 0.95% respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used to evaluate the quality of Zhutan Zhoup pill.
