针对过程控制领域的多电动机系统协同控制问题,提出利用传统PID算法与人工神经网络相结合构建PID神经网络,并设计了基于该算法的多电动机协同控制系统。实验结果表明,PID神经网络算法可以有效地解决多电动机驱动系统的协同控制问题,算法收敛速度快,同步误差较小,同时具有较强的抗干扰能力,非常适合实际工程应用。
Aiming at the problem of multi-motor system collaborative control in the field of process control, a PID neural network based on traditional PID algorithm and artificial neural network is proposed. A multi-motor coordinated control system based on this algorithm is designed. Experimental results show that the PID neural network algorithm can effectively solve the problem of cooperative control of multi-motor drive system. The proposed algorithm has the advantages of fast convergence speed, small synchronization error and strong anti-interference ability, which is very suitable for practical engineering applications.
