In our hospital, there were 7 cases of primary malignant lymphoma of the stomach from 1964 to 1997, and 10 cases of malignant lymphomas in the ileocecal area. All were non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Reported below. IIk$ data 1.1 cases: 13 males and 4 females. Age 25 to 51 years old. Duration of 6 months to 5 years. 1.2 Clinical manifestations: Abdominal pain was found in all 17 cases and was similar to that of ulcers.
