①目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNFα)对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用,并观察重组人干扰素(IFNγ)对TNFα细胞毒性的协同作用。②方法采用非同位素细胞毒试验,对3个子宫颈来源的细胞系进行传代培养,与TNFα接触后检测其杀伤细胞情况。③结果TNFα对子宫颈良、恶性肿瘤细胞均呈微弱的细胞毒作用,而IFNγ与TNFα联用则对宫颈癌来源的细胞系具有明显杀伤作用(F=11.25,P<0.01),对源于正常、良性肿瘤的细胞系则无明显作用(F=1.15,1.23,P>0.05)。④结论TNFα对肿瘤细胞具有杀伤作用,且IFNγ能促进这种杀伤作用
Objective To investigate the killing effect of tumor necrosis factor (TNFα) on tumor cells and observe the synergistic effect of recombinant human interferon (IFNγ) on TNFα cytotoxicity. 2 Methods Non-isotope cytotoxicity tests were performed on three cervical-derived cell lines and their killer cells were detected after contact with TNFα. 3 Results TNFα showed weak cytotoxicity to benign and malignant tumor cells of the cervix, but IFNγ combined with TNFα had a significant killing effect on cervical cancer-derived cell lines (F=11.25, P<0.01). There was no significant effect on cell lines derived from normal and benign tumors (F=1.15, 1.23, P>0.05). 4 Conclusion TNFα has killing effect on tumor cells, and IFNγ can promote this killing effect.
