为防止工作面密闭过程中发生自燃现象,结合国内类似矿井密闭情况,对塔山矿密闭墙的构筑位置、构筑质量等方面进行了严格的要求,同时加强注氮、注浆、堵漏风,以及束管监测等防灭火技术手段。监测结果显示,密闭墙内指标气体指标气体显示采空区浮煤处于窒息状态。结果表明,塔山矿超厚煤层综放面密闭防灭火技术是科学、有效的,对于国内外现代化矿井高产高效工作面的密闭防灭火具有重要的指导意义。
