依据冶金物理化学原理,硼铁矿采用高炉生产含硼生铁及富硼渣。含硼生铁是生产硼铸铁、硼钢的合金生铁;富硼渣经缓冷处理为硼化工提供优质原料。该工艺已在13m ̄3高炉上进行两欢工业试验。核工艺流程短、投资少、产量大、能耗低、生产连续化,有价值元素铁和硼得到最有效利用。经济效益和社会效益显著,是开发利用硼铁矿资源切实可行的方案。
According to the physical and chemical principles of metallurgy, the production of boron-containing pig iron and boron-rich slag by the use of blast furnaces in the ferroboronite are carried out. B-containing pig iron is the production of boron cast iron, boron steel alloy pig iron; boron-rich slag by slow cooling for the boron chemical to provide high-quality raw materials. The process has been in the 13m ~ 3 blast furnace Huan Huan industrial test. The short process flow, low investment, large output, low energy consumption, continuous production and the most effective use of valuable elements of iron and boron. Significant economic and social benefits, is to develop and use of iron ore resources feasible solution.
