无公害蔬菜质量标准制定及安全生产技术研究课题重点围绕4个方面开展工作。抓源头控制(引进和筛选出抗病优质品种)、抓重点攻关(研究嫁接等关键技术)、抓标准制定(制定出22个技术规程)和抓基地建设(制定标准以及实施规范化管理)。这些措施的实施为整体提升北京郊区无公害蔬菜安全生产水平及保证产品质量起到非常大的推动作用。
Pollution-free vegetable quality standards and safety production technology research focuses on four aspects of work. Grasp the source control (introduction and selection of disease-resistant varieties), focus on research (research grafting and other key technologies), focus on the development of standards (developed a technical specification 22) and capture the base construction (set standards and the implementation of standardized management). The implementation of these measures has played a very big role in promoting the safe production of pollution-free vegetables in the suburbs of Beijing as a whole and in ensuring product quality.
