随着全球科学技术的进步与各种生产工艺的发展,煤炭企业也引来了发展的春天。不断地发展对企业的经营管理也提出了更高的要求,要求煤炭企业必须摒弃传统的粗放式的管理与经营模式,实现企业经营管理的精细化。而由此爆发出在煤炭企业内部留存依旧的内部控制问题逐渐明晰。本文将就目前我国煤炭企业在企业管理中加强内部控制的必要性进行分析,并找出应对的策略。
With the progress of global science and technology and the development of various production processes, coal enterprises have also drawn the spring of development. Continuous development of business management also put forward higher requirements, requiring coal enterprises must abandon the traditional extensive management and business model, to achieve the refinement of business management. And thus broke out in the coal industry to retain the internal control of the problem is still clear. This article will analyze the necessity of strengthening the internal control of the coal enterprises in the enterprise management in our country and find out the strategies to deal with them.
