青霉素V对实验性急性中耳炎的预防

急性中耳炎(AOM)和复发性急性中耳炎(rAOM)是儿童常见耳疾之一,肺炎链球菌则是 AOM 和 rAOM 的最常见病原菌。本文研究青霉素 V(PcV)对肺炎链球菌性 AOM 的预防作用。35只雄性 Sprague-Dawley 鼠(200~250g)在全麻下暴露双侧听泡,于耳显微镜下用一细针刺入右听泡注入浓度为6×10~7CFU/ml 的肺炎链球菌悬液0.05ml(接种耳),同法左听泡注入同量培养基悬液(对照耳)。15只 Acute otitis media (AOM) and recurrent acute otitis media (rAOM) are common childhood diseases, while S. pneumoniae is the most common pathogen of AOM and rAOM.
