目前各客车车辆段使用单车试验设备均为单机系统,未实现集中控制的方式,既造成试风作业人员劳力的浪费,又无法实现试风试验数据共享和综合利用,并且无法达到真正监督、控制客车试风质量的目的。为适应车辆设备管理数字化、网络化的要求,采用无线集中控制方式对既有单车试验设备进行改造,既可提高工作效率,又可实现多台单车试验设备试验数据的自动采集、集中监督、统一打印,满足作业现场工作要求。
