日前,京汉置业推出的位于香河的婚房受到市场热捧,开盘当天便销售200套,取得北京婚房市场销售大捷。据了解,虽然京汉置业、富力地产、雅荷地产、恒基兆业等众多开发商都在不同城市开始发力婚房市场,但真正成熟的婚房产品并不多见。或者产品面积偏大,整体房价偏高;或者产品所在区域距离主城区太远,交通设施和生活配套远远不能满足日常工作和生活需求。
