铜锡烧结物产生于对青铜碎屑的利用。我们将利用车削BC3杆制成的青铜碎屑和电解铜粉及细锌粉混合在一起,将混合物冷凝,然后进行无压烧结。产生未烧结粉状的混合碎屑的最大数量随碎屑尺寸的缩小而增高。本文对碎屑的尺寸及混合量对烧结物的密度、微结构和机械特性所产生的影响进行研究。结果显示,当碎屑混合量增加到最多10%的范围内时,烧结密度和机械特性随之增高,超过10%时则略微降低。碎屑的大小对烧结密度无明显影响。含有青铜碎屑和镀铜石墨粉的铜-10%锡-20%(体积比)石墨烧结混合物在干燥打磨时显示较低的磨损和摩擦。
Copper-tin sinter results from the use of bronze detritus. We will use the turning BC3 made of bronze scrap and electrolytic copper powder and fine zinc powder mixed together, the mixture is condensed, and then pressureless sintering. The maximum number of mixed crumbs that produce unsintered powder increases as the size of the crumb shrinks. In this paper, the influence of the size and mixing amount of detritus on the density, microstructure and mechanical properties of sinter was studied. The results show that as the amount of crumb is increased up to 10%, the sintering density and mechanical properties increase as well, slightly over 10%. The size of the crumb has no significant effect on the sintering density. Copper-10% Tin -20% (volume ratio) graphite sintered mixture containing bronze chippings and copper-coated graphite powder shows lower wear and friction on dry sanding.
