詹嘉教授一直致力于陶瓷文化研究,拓展陶瓷文化遗产保护与利用,是目前国内学界知名的陶瓷文化学者,尤其在中外陶瓷文化关系史领域中建树颇多,成果斐然。2015年10月17~19日,第五届亚洲食学论坛在圣城曲阜召开,来自世界各地的300多名学者和餐饮企业代表围绕“夫礼之初始诸饮食”主题,对儒家饮食思想、中华传统食礼、世界各国食文化、食礼制度和食行为等议题展开了深入广泛的研讨。詹嘉教授受邀在大会作专题发言,受到国内外学者的一致好评。紧张的会议期间,他抽空专门接受本刊执行主编黄桂婵编审专访。
Professor Zhan Jia has been devoting himself to the study of ceramic culture and expanding the protection and utilization of ceramic cultural heritage. It is a well-known ceramic cultural scholar in the domestic academic circle at present, especially in the history of Sino-foreign ceramic culture relations. From October 17 to October 19, 2015, the Fifth Asian Edible Forum was held in the holy city of Qufu.
