曾几何时,肠癌发病率的榜首一直被西方国家占据,讲究饮食养生的中国等亚洲国家似乎与它不太沾边。然而随着牛排、烧烤、熏肉、芝士蛋糕等西式美食的大举入侵,东方世界的人们难免受到肠癌的侵蚀。调查显示,近年来我国肠癌已逐步取代胃癌,成为困扰国人的主要消化系肿瘤,其中结肠癌和直肠癌已经“跻身”肿瘤发病排行榜的前五位。在那些罹患肠癌的群体中,我们发现了不少中青年人,尤其是压力大、工作节奏快的都市快客。
Once upon a time, the top spot for the incidence of colorectal cancer has been occupied by Western countries. Asian countries such as China, who pay attention to diet and health, do not seem to be affiliated with it. However, with the invasion of western foods such as steaks, barbecues, bacon, and cheesecakes, people in the Eastern world are inevitably eroded by colorectal cancer. Surveys show that in recent years, China’s colorectal cancer has gradually replaced gastric cancer and has become a major digestive system tumor that has plagued people in the country. Among them, colon cancer and rectal cancer have become the top five on the list of cancer incidence. Among those who have colon cancer, we have found a lot of young and middle-aged people, especially the fast-paced metropolitan express passengers.
