针对瓮安煤矿新井洗煤废水SS浓度高、难以处理的特点,提出了治理废水与洗煤工艺技改同步进行的设计思想,将原一级旋流洗煤工艺改为二级旋流洗煤并增设煤泥水浓缩旋流器,分离其中约三分之一的大颗粒煤泥后以新型聚合氯化铝铁复合絮凝剂结合平流沉降池处理废水,达到了提高洗精煤质量、洗煤废水闭路循环、回收煤泥的目的。工程的建成投产为中小型洗煤厂洗煤废水的治理开拓了一条新路。
