通过溶液法制样,采用DSC测试方法测试了成核剂添加种类和添加量不同的PET树脂的结晶行为。结果表明:加入碘化钠、滑石粉、碳酸钠成核剂可以提高PET树脂的结晶性能,具体表现为提高PET的结晶温度和缩短其结晶时间,其中碘化钠成核剂的效果最为明显,滑石粉作为成核剂的效果不理想。由于成核剂和树脂相容性和溶液法残留的溶剂的影响,成核剂添加量对改善PET结晶性能的影响并不明显。
The crystallization behavior of PET resins with different types and addition amounts of nucleating agents was tested by DSC. The results show that the addition of sodium iodide, talc and sodium carbonate nucleating agent can improve the crystallization performance of PET resin. The performance of PET resin is enhanced by increasing the crystallization temperature and shortening the crystallization time of PET. Among them, the effect of sodium iodide nucleating agent is the most obvious, The effect of talc as a nucleating agent is not satisfactory. Due to the compatibility between the nucleating agent and the resin and the solvent remaining in the solution method, the effect of the amount of the nucleating agent on improving the crystallization performance of the PET is not obvious.
