截止目前,我国经济方面的立法已达62件。其中八届全国人大五年来的经济立法就达36件。这62件经济法律分别是:规范市场主体的法律8件:企业破产法(试行),外资企业法,全民所有制工业企业法,中外合作经营企业法,中外合资经营企业法,公司法,商业银行法,合伙企业法;调整市场主体关系、维护市场秩序的法律25件:涉外经济合同法,继承法,计量法,民法通则,技术合同法,著作权法,民事诉讼法,烟草专卖法,海商法,专利法,商标法,产品质量法,反不正当竞争法,消费者权益保护法,会计法,经济合同法,注册会计师法,台湾同胞投资保护法,对外贸易法,
Up to now, China’s economic legislation has reached 62. Among them, the economic legislations of the Eighth NPC have reached 36 in five years. These 62 pieces of economic law are respectively: Laws regulating the main body of the market 8 pieces: Enterprise Bankruptcy Law (Provisional), Foreign-Funded Enterprise Law, Industrial Enterprise Law of the People’s Republic of China, Sino-Foreign Joint Venture Law, Sino-Foreign Equity Joint Venture Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Bank Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Joint Ventures; 25 Laws on Adjusting Market Main Body Relationships and Maintaining Market Order; 25 Laws on Foreign Economic Contract Law, Inheritance Law, Metrology Law, General Principles of Civil Law, Technology Contract Law, Copyright Law, Civil Procedure Law, Tobacco Monopoly Law, , Patent Law, Trademark Law, Product Quality Law, Anti-Unfair Competition Law, Consumer Protection Law, Accounting Law, Economic Contract Law, Certified Public Accountant Law, Taiwan Compatriots’ Investment Protection Law, Foreign Trade Law,
