本文报导了反相高效液相色谱法测定依那普利中α-羟基苯丁酸含量的方法。在ODS 柱上测定,流动相为甲醇-5mM 磷酸(60:40),在210nm 波长处检测。线性范围5～100μg/ml,样品回收率100.2,结果较令人满意.
This paper reports a method for the determination of α-hydroxybenzene butyric acid in enalapril by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The mobile phase was methanol-5 mM phosphoric acid (60:40) as determined on an ODS column and detected at a wavelength of 210 nm. The linear range of 5 ~ 100μg / ml, the sample recovery rate of 100.2, the result is more satisfactory.
