目的:探讨不同切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者的临床效果情况。方法:分析我院2014年5月-2016年5月肿瘤外科收治的160例乳腺良性肿瘤患者临床资料进行分析,依据治疗措施不同进行分组,对照组80例和观察组80例。观察两组乳腺良性肿瘤患者美容效果满意度情况,观察两组乳腺良性肿瘤患者术后并发症发生率情况。结果:观察组乳腺良性肿瘤患者美容效果满意度高于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:经乳晕弧形切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者美容效果好,术后并发症少,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of different incisions in the treatment of benign breast tumors. METHODS: We analyzed the clinical data of 160 patients with benign breast tumors treated at our department from May 2014 to May 2016 and grouped them according to different treatment measures. 80 patients in the control group and 80 in the observation group. Observe the satisfaction of cosmetic outcomes between the two groups of benign breast tumors and observe the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups of patients with benign breast tumors. Results: Satisfaction of cosmetic results in benign breast tumors in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The curvilinear arc incision for the treatment of benign breast tumor has good cosmetic results and fewer postoperative complications. It is worthy of clinical application.
