本研究用乙烯丰于霜冻来临前催熟果实,旨在探讨两个类型紫、黄果西番莲能否在温带地区作为一年生作物正常生长。 1988年1月15日,将黄果和紫果西番莲种子播于温室内,两周内萌发整齐。把单株实生苗移植到盛有人造土壤基质的盆钵里(542cm~3)。种子发芽后3周,施以200ppmN素液肥(采用20N—3.4P—16.4K的复合肥)。4月19日 (发芽后80天),把实生苗按1.8m×3.0m的植距种于美国亚拉巴马州Fairhope的海湾海岸试验站田间。用两条铁线构成一个竖式棚架来支撑植株。铁线离地面分别为0.9和1.8m,立柱间距为3.6m。
In this study, ethylene abundance in frost ripening before the onset of fruit, to explore the two types of purple, yellow passion flower in temperate regions as annual crops normal growth. January 15, 1988, the yellow fruit and passion fruit seeds sowing in the greenhouse, two weeks germinated. The single seedlings were transplanted into pots (542cm ~ 3) filled with artificial soil matrix. Three weeks after germination, 200ppmN vegetarian liquid fertilizer (20N-3.4P-16.4K compound fertilizer) was applied. On April 19 (80 days after germination), seedlings were planted in the field at the Gulf Shores trial station in Fairhope, Alabama, at a spacing of 1.8 m × 3.0 m. A vertical scaffolding with two wires to support the plant. Iron wire from the ground were 0.9 and 1.8m, column spacing of 3.6m.
