本文用透射及扫描电镜的方法研究胰岛β细胞与毛细血管的特点。结果表明,胰岛β细胞以多角形为主,胞浆基质透明,内含许多β颗粒及少量的内质网和游离的核糖体。β细胞表面有大小不等的“分泌小孔“和纵横交织的”分泌小管”。胰岛内毛细血管丰富,呈血管绒球状,内分泌细胞位于毛细血管网之间。毛细血管内皮层不完整,有许多窗孔,孔又被不规则隔膜所封闭。结果提示毛细血管内皮窗孔的隔膜,可能对β颗粒进入血管起重要作用。
In this paper, transmission and scanning electron microscopy methods to study the characteristics of islet β cells and capillaries. The results showed that the islet β cells were mainly polygons, the cytoplasm was transparent and contained many β particles, a small amount of endoplasmic reticulum and free ribosomes. β cell surface size ranging from “secretory holes” and criss-cross the “secretion of tubules.” Islet capillaries are rich, showing pommel blood vessels, endocrine cells located in the capillary network between. Endothelial capillaries incomplete, there are many windows, the hole is closed by an irregular diaphragm. The results suggest that the septum of the capillary endothelium may play an important role in the entry of beta particles into the blood vessels.
