在教学过程中,教学目标的把握是必不可少的组成部分。若教师不能具体、细致地分析教材及清晰准确地展现教学目标,则难以保证课堂教学的有效性。因此,教师在教材分析时应结合教学目标,突出教学特点,知道哪些要素是有价值、有教育意义的。对此,笔者以初中历史教学为例,从教学目标的制定、实施及教学反馈等方面加以说明。
