采用单层钎焊CBN成型砂轮进行钛合金榫头磨削试验。测定了试样尺寸精度,结果表明其达到了航空发动机叶片榫头的加工要求。同时,测定了试样的表面残余应力,表面粗糙度,微观组织和显微硬度,并和陶瓷结合剂CBN成型砂轮加工试样进行对比。在所采用的试验条件下,所有试样获得的都是表面残余压应力,表面加工影响区小于40μm。虽然能从试样表层晶粒的细化观测到塑性变形,但是在距表面100μm范围内未观测到相变发生。相比于陶瓷结合剂CBN成型砂轮,单层钎焊CBN成型砂轮加工试样的表面残余应力和加工硬化程度更小。所有试样的表面粗糙度都在0.8μm以下。
Single-layer brazing CBN forming grinding wheel for titanium tenon grinding test. The dimensional accuracy of the sample was measured and the results showed that it reached the machining requirements of the blade tenon of aeroengine. At the same time, the surface residual stress, surface roughness, microstructure and microhardness of the sample were measured, and compared with the sample of CBN forming grinding wheel with ceramic bond. Under the test conditions adopted, all samples obtained surface residual compressive stress, the influence area of surface processing is less than 40μm. Although plastic deformation can be observed from the grain refinement of the sample surface layer, no phase change was observed at a range of 100 μm from the surface. The surface residual stress and work hardening of single-layer brazed CBN forming wheel are smaller than those of CBN forming wheel. The surface roughness of all samples was 0.8 μm or less.
