55例肾细胞癌人在肾切除术后用流式细胞光度计测定癌细胞的脱氧核糖核酸指数、癌细胞碎片的时相及癌细胞碎片与正常细胞之比。同时对癌细胞组织作了组织学的分类,并按Arner氏法作了癌细胞核的分级,以上方法所得的数据按Robson氏法求得恶性指数及观察此恶性指数与预后的关系。病理检查癌组织分为实体、乳头状、柱状、管状与腺样的。肿瘤分期为Ⅰ~Ⅳ期,癌细胞核分为1~4级。流式细胞光度计的测定方法为先将癌组织切碎后冲洗,用0.1%胃蛋白酶处理并将细胞悬浮液过滤,用溴化乙锭和光辉霉素染色后再用ICP型流式细胞光度计测量各数值。恶性指数的计算法为脱氧核糖核酸指数、癌细胞碎片的时相、细胞核分级和癌分期及癌组织的分类各乘以一定的常数相加而得。公式如下: 恶性指数=1.54+0.7(DI≠1.0)+0.5(癌细胞碎片S+G_2+M时相)+0.5(核三级时)或+0.8
