作者1974年1月到1978年12月,五年间治疗舌癌32例,采用外照射与组织内照射行根治放疗的鳞状细胞癌22例(T_1N_05例,T_1N_11例,T_2N_06例,T_2N_13例,T_2N_21例,T_3N_04例,T_3N_21例,T_4N_01例),大部分病例采用6MV直线加速器照射,另一部分行~(60)钴照射。将舌固定,左右二野,射野面积4×4~8×9厘米。N_1病例转移淋巴结包入射野内。原则上,照射线量T_1病例给2000rad/2周,T_2、T_3病例3000rad/3周。外照射结束后1~2周,行组织内照射。按Paterson-Parker法算出线量,4500~7000rad/4~7日,镭针插入肿瘤
From January 1974 to December 1978, 32 cases of tongue cancer were treated during the five years. Twenty-two cases of squamous cell carcinoma were treated with external irradiation and intra-tissue irradiation.
