目的 用优化的微管吸吮技术测定丹皮酚对红细胞变形性的影响,为推广应用微管吸吮技术提供实验依据。方法:采用微管吸吮实验技术对大鼠体内用药后的红细胞进行测定,简化了红细胞变形性的计算方法,提出了表观变形指数ADI,并与对照组进行统计学分析。结果:红细胞变形指数计算简便、判断直观。丹皮酚的变形指数ADI_(min)、ADI_(max)以及最大变形时间T_(max)与对照组相比具有显著差异。结论:丹皮酚对红细胞的变形性有显著的影响,同时实验也证明微管吸吮法用于测定中药对红细胞变形性的影响不失为一种快捷而实用的方法。
Objective To determine the effect of paeonol on erythrocyte deformability by using optimized micropipette suction technique, and to provide experimental evidence for popularizing microtubule suction technique. METHODS: Micropipette sputum assay technique was used to determine red blood cells in rats after administration. The calculation method of erythrocyte deformability was simplified, and the apparent deformation index (ADI) was put forward. Statistical analysis was performed with the control group. Results: The calculation of red blood cell deformability index is simple and intuitive. The paeonol’s deformation index ADI_(min), ADI_max, and maximum deformation time T_(max) were significantly different from the control group. Conclusion: Paeonol has a significant effect on the deformability of red blood cells. At the same time, the experiment also proved that the micropipette sucking method is a quick and practical method to determine the effect of Chinese medicine on red blood cell deformability.
