现在,关于肽类激素,特别是生长因子及其受体的研究,已取得很大进展,表皮生长因子受体已成为引人注目的课题。人们用竟争结合分析方法测定乳腺组织内的表皮生长因子受体(EGFR),并且发现了雌激素受体(ER)及其相关性。 1986年9月至1987年2月,先后切除20例乳腺癌,其中18例为原位乳腺癌,2例有淋巴结转移。闭经前8例,闭经后12例。平均年龄50.4岁。用Fitzpatrick等人的方法测定EGFR。使用~(125)Ⅰ表皮生长因子(EGF)(热)和EGF(冷)进行竟争结合分析。 ER的测定用Dextran Coated Charcoal方
Now, great progress has been made in the study of peptide hormones, particularly growth factors and their receptors. Epidermal growth factor receptors have become an attractive topic. The competitive binding assays were used to determine the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in mammary tissue and the estrogen receptor (ER) and its relevance were discovered. From September 1986 to February 1987, 20 cases of breast cancer were removed, of which 18 cases were in situ breast cancer and 2 cases had lymph node metastasis. 8 cases before amenorrhea, 12 cases after amenorrhea. The average age is 50.4 years old. EGFR was determined by the method of Fitzpatrick et al.
