每当金风送爽的时节,都会有一批批刚进入师范学校的新同学来向我提出差不多一样的问题:“对我们师范生的学习有什么特定的要求,我们怎样适应这些要求……”面对这些朝气蓬勃、充满求知欲望而又略带困惑的同学,我总感到他们正面临着学习生活中的一个重大转变:由接受普通教育到接受师范专业教育的转变,由一名中学生逐步成长为一名小学教师的根本转变。在这个当口,明确师范生——未来教师的学习要求,掌握实现这些要求的途径与方法,无疑是十分必要的。
Whenever the golden winds are blowing, there will be a group of new students who have just entered the normal school to ask me the same question: “What are the specific requirements for the study of our normal students and how can we adapt to these requirements...” Facing these students who are full of vigor and ambivalence and are full of curiosity, I always feel that they are facing a major change in their study and life: from the acceptance of general education to the reform of teacher education, a middle school student is gradually growing up. At this juncture, it is undoubtedly necessary to clarify the requirements for teachers in the future—the teachers’ learning requirements in the future, and the ways and means to realize these requirements.
