采用2种细菌学检查方法对牛乳中细菌进行菌数测定,比较得出最佳检测方法。试验采用显微镜计数法、标准平板计数法进行测定。结果表明,显微镜直接计数法随机性大,对菌体数量不能做出较为宏观、全面的反应,优点是计数快速;平板菌落计数法速度慢,需要平板上长出菌落后才能计数。由于平板菌落计数法通常做梯度稀释和菌悬液涂布,所以计数的线性范围大且比较均匀,能较好的反应菌落的疏密程度,重复性、平行性很好,是经典的计数方法。
Two bacteriological tests were used to determine the number of bacteria in the milk and the best detection method was obtained. Test using the microscope counting method, the standard plate count method for determination. The results showed that the direct counting method of microscope was random and could not make macroscopical and comprehensive responses to the number of cells. The advantage was rapid counting. The counting method of plate colony counting was slow and needed counting after the bacteria grew on the plate. Because the plate colony counting method usually do gradient dilution and bacterial suspension coating, so the count of the linear range of large and more uniform, can better reflect the density of colonies, repeatability, parallelism is a good method of counting .
