方沸石/氧化石墨烯复合材料的制备及其对溶液中Cs+的吸附性能试验研究

研究了以水热法制备方沸石/氧化石墨烯复合材料(GO-ANA),并用以吸附溶液中的Cs+,借助SEM&EDS、FT-IR、XRD、BET和TG等表征了GO-ANA的微观形貌、结构、晶相、比表面积和热稳定性,考察了初始Cs+质量浓度、溶液pH、吸附时间、温度对GO-ANA吸附Cs+的影响,确定了吸附机制。结果表明:方沸石(ANA)能够均匀地负载到氧化石墨烯(GO)表面,复合后的GO-ANA具有较好的热稳定性和较大的比表面积;GO-ANA

研究了在工业电解槽中利用人工铜柱模拟结瘤及其生长行为,考察了电解时间和结瘤初始高度对结瘤形貌和生长速率的影响。结果表明:阴极电流随极间距减小而显著增大;电解时间小于12 h,结瘤形貌变化不大;电解时间延长至24 h,7.5 mm是结瘤形貌显著变化的临界高度:当结瘤初始高度大于7.5 mm后,其顶端出现明显的冠状膨大;当阴极板表面的结瘤高度小于2.5 mm且电解时间小于12 h时,其径向生长速率较快;除此以外,均以轴向生长为主导。
为实现工业电解槽电极电流在线测量并及时发现极间短路,利用计算机数值模拟研究了槽间导电排的磁场分布,确定合适的霍尔传感器测量位置、测量方法,推导出电极电流的计算模型。试验电解槽上的测试结果表明,所提出的方法测量偏差小于1.5%,满足工业测量要求。
