目的:为了进一步探究糖皮质激素在结核疾病治疗过程中的临床使用价值和意义。方法:对我院2011年1月-2014年4月所收治的79例结核疾病患者的临床治疗资料采用回顾性分析,全部患者的治疗方案中均含有糖皮质激素,根据治疗结果进一步对糖皮质激素对结核病的治疗影响做总结和分析。结果:全部患者中治愈者47人,治愈率为59.49%,治疗有效者29人,有效率为36.71%,治疗无效者3人,无效率为3.80%,治疗总有效率为96.20%。治疗无效者采用其他方法进行治疗均治愈。患者平均治疗时间为(1.73±2.13)个月。结论:糖皮质激素在结核病的治疗中起到不可替代的作用,但临床应用时我们要根据患者的病情特点确定糖皮质激素的使用方式和使用剂量,另外,在用药期间要注意“缓停”断药。
Objective: In order to further explore the clinical value and significance of glucocorticoid in the treatment of tuberculosis. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 79 patients with tuberculosis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to April 2014.
