羟丙基茶碱是1,3-二甲基黄嘌呤的衍生物。其水溶性大,很少通过血脑屏障。多年来对于该药的药物动力学和临床疗效一直存有争议。为此,作者对8个成年过敏性哮喘患者作了双盲交叉试验,对该药的药物动力学、舒张支气管作用及其副作用进行了分析探讨,并与氨茶碱制剂作了比较。方法:8个志愿者接受试验,男女各半,年龄18~40岁。试验分为3个阶段. A:第1天给受试者静注氨茶碱400mg;接着口服茶碱微晶体250mg每天4次,以及外观象羟丙基茶碱缓释剂的假片剂每天2次,共6天;第8天上午口服茶碱1次375mg。 B:第1天给予受试者静注羟丙基茶碱1,400mg;以后口服羟丙基茶碱缓释剂900mg每天2次,以及外观象茶碱的假片剂每日4次共6天;第8天上午口服羟丙基茶碱1次900mg。
