计算机字库的知识产权保护是近年来的热点问题。文章主要探讨了计算机字库的著作权保护和数据库保护两种保护路径,分析了每种保护路径的条件和优劣,有利于为我国计算机字库企业在保护路径的选择上提供合理的建议;在促进我国计算机字库产业兴起和发展之同时,为构建相关的法律规则提供科学的制度化建议,以利于我国相关的法律制度尽早得以完善。
Intellectual property protection of computer font is a hot issue in recent years. This paper mainly discusses two kinds of protection paths of copyright protection and database protection of computer fonts, analyzes the conditions and advantages and disadvantages of each protection path, which is helpful to provide reasonable suggestions for the choice of protection path for our computer fonts enterprises. At the same time of the rise and development of the computer font industry, it provides scientific institutionalized suggestions for the construction of relevant legal rules in order to facilitate the early improvement of the relevant legal system in our country.
