回眸过去的2009年,走过一甲子风雨历程的中国正在崛起。踏着这一主旋律,全国财政监督工作也取得了新的成就。岁未年初之际,既是盘点过去一年得失的日子,又是谋划未来一年的时刻。本刊通过对一年来刊发稿件的整理和对一年来深入各地采访的梳理,对2009年的财政监督工作逐一盘点,并展望未来,就新一年的财政监督工作提出建议。
Looking back on the past, in 2009, China, which has passed the course of one glorious storm, is on the rise. Inspired by this theme, new achievements have also been made in the work of nationwide financial supervision. At the beginning of the year, the year is not only the day of counting gains and losses but also the moment of planning for the coming year.
