作者采用RIA法对75例男性健康老人进行了E_2、T、FSH、LH、PRL、BGP的含量检测。同时与40例男性青年人比较。结果显示:老年人组E_2及T水平明显低于青年人组,且差异有显著性(P<0.01)。LH与FSH明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。PRL两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。BGP含量显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。男性老年人BGP水平的下降与雌激素、雄激素下降成正比,呈正相关关系(r=0.56)。
The authors used RIA method to detect the content of E_2, T, FSH, LH, PRL, and BGP in 75 healthy men. At the same time compared with 40 male young people. The results showed that the E2 and T levels in the elderly group were significantly lower than those in the young group, and the difference was significant (P<0.01). LH and FSH were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups in PRL (P>0.05). The content of BGP was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). The decline in BGP levels in male seniors was positively correlated with the decrease in estrogen and androgen, which was positively correlated (r=0.56).
