上海柴油机厂对35CrMo连杆进行了锻造余热淬火试验。经与常规热处理的效果对比,证实锻造余热淬火工艺在连杆锻件上更能发挥35CrMo钢的材料潜力。试验从金相、机械性能和耐久试车三方面进行。常规热处理是锻后冷却至室温,再加热正火,然后调质处理。锻造余热淬火是用与常规热处理锻件同一炉号的原材料,在同一锻造炉加热,并在同样条件下锻造,直接淬火后回火。试验结果表明,该连杆锻造余热淬火后的显微组织为板条马氏体,并克服了常规热处理时出现的
Shanghai Diesel Engine Factory 35CrMo rod forging afterheat quenching test. Compared with the conventional heat treatment, it is confirmed that the forging residual heat quenching process can more materialize the material of 35CrMo steel on the connecting rod forgings. Test from the metallographic, mechanical properties and durability test three aspects. Conventional heat treatment is forged after cooling to room temperature, and then heated normalizing, and then quenched and tempered. Forging residual heat quenching is used with the conventional heat treatment forging the same heat number of raw materials in the same forging furnace heating and forging under the same conditions, direct quenching and tempering. The test results show that the micro-structure after forging residual heat quenching of the connecting rod is lath martensite and overcomes the appearance of conventional heat treatment
