本文根据宜春三年来在水泥混凝土路面的试验,路面结构、材料、性能和施工工艺中所获得的资料,介绍了按疲劳损坏原则进行的路面结构设计,叙述了采用经济混凝土下层的复合式混凝土路面结构的性状和施工技术,报告了减水剂对路面混凝土性质的改善和强度增长的影响,提出了半刚性基层来补强原有路面的标准和适宜厚度,并且量测和评述了胀缝的承荷能力。最后通过技术经济分析,论证了有条件的地区修筑水泥混凝土路面在技术、材料和经济上的合理性。
This paper introduces the design of pavement structure according to the principle of fatigue damage based on the data obtained from the experiment, pavement structure, material, performance and construction technology of cement concrete pavement during the past three years in Yichun. The paper introduces the concrete pavement adopting the lower layer of economical concrete, Structure traits and construction techniques, reported on the nature of water-reducing agent on the road to improve the performance of concrete and strength of the proposed semi-rigid base to reinforce the original standard and appropriate thickness of the pavement, and measure and comment on the expansion joint Load capacity. Finally, through technical and economic analysis, it demonstrates the technical, material and economic rationality of cement concrete pavement construction in conditional areas.
