江苏省海洋运输总公司主要是以国际航运为主,多元经营的地方海运企业,现有员工893名。最近我们对本单位职工队伍进行了较为广泛的调研,在对学历、年龄、专业结构调查的基础上,还从个人的工作情况、生活条件和身体状况等方面进行了抽样问卷调查,共收到有效问卷296份,并进行了综合分析研究。我们觉得,公司人才队伍总的状况是好的。突出表现在:一是文化水平较高。中专以上学历和具有初级专业技术职称的人员716人,占员工总数80.17％,1991年以后毕业439人,占61.31％,知识结构较新;二是年龄较轻。35岁以下597
