高精度孔的加工在机器制造业的孔加工中占较大比例,欲得高精度孔除应合理地选择加工工艺方案外,还与被加工材料的性质、刀具结构、切削参数、机床精度、冷却润滑液和操作方法等有关。目前不少工厂对较大精密偶合件的加工采用选配法,而我厂则因金属切削机床比较陈旧尚不能适应,对φ30~φ90的2级精度以上铸件和钢件通孔与盲孔加工较广泛地采用了浮动镗刀加工工艺。八四年我们在立式车床和卧式镗床上,突破了采用浮动镗刀加工φ280D和φ290DC_1两种高精度孔加工的关键,取得了满意的效果。

In 1984, on the vertical lathe and horizontal boring machine, we broke through the key points of using φ3200D and φ290DC_1 to process the boring holes with the floating boring tool, and achieved satisfactory results.
