由于经济的全球化、信息化、网络化的趋势,道德的社会功能与作用不断扩展,图书馆工作人员的道德素质也面临着严峻的挑战。高校图书馆工作人员不仅要具备过硬的现代化技术服务能力,曼重要的是应具有健全的现代化人格和职业道德。提高高校图书馆工作人员这个职业团体的整体素质,尽可能多方位地为广大师生提供人性化服务,实施“以德治馆”、“以人为本”的管理措施。
