研究电塑性加工技术在冷拔精密合金(3J53) 中的应用。发现选择一定的电流脉冲频率可产生显著的电塑性效应。研究结果表明:与普通拔丝工艺相比较,经电塑性拔制后,3J53 合金钢丝的拔制应力相对降低。分析认为,钢丝拔制的电塑性效应与改变钢丝拉拔产生的外摩擦力有关
Research on Electroplating Processing Technology in Cold Drawing Precision Alloy (3J53). Found that the choice of a certain current pulse frequency can produce significant electroplastic effect. The results show that compared with ordinary wire drawing process, the drawing stress of 3J53 alloy wire is relatively reduced after electroplating. The analysis shows that the electroplating effect of wire drawing is related to the change of external friction caused by wire drawing
