当前,在我国的市场经济中,国有企业占据重要地位。而国企中的人力资源培训与开发工作,在国企的自身管理与发展中起着非常重要的作用。人力资源是企业的核心资源,合理培训人力资源有助于工作效率的提升,促进自身市场竞争力的提高。因此,本文在分析国企人力资源培训和开发中存在问题的同时,研究了国企人力资源培训与开发工作的合理策略,从而有助于企业市场竞争力的提升,使企业健康的发展。
At present, in our market economy, state-owned enterprises occupy an important position. The training and development of human resources in state-owned enterprises play a very important role in the self-management and development of state-owned enterprises. Human resources are the core resources of an enterprise. Proper training of human resources can help enhance the work efficiency and promote the improvement of their market competitiveness. Therefore, while analyzing the existing problems in the training and development of human resources in state-owned enterprises, this paper studies the reasonable strategies of human resources training and development in state-owned enterprises, which helps to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises and promote the healthy development of enterprises.
