国有企业的改革已经触及企业所有权的安排这一实质.本文不同意目前流行的,也是历史沿习和长期实施的“资本雇佣劳动”,(非人力)资本所有者拥有企业所有权的观点.文章阐述了对“资本雇佣劳动”的三种解释的不同意见,并指出无论是通过改革实现国有制与市场经济的兼容,还是顺应知识(智力)经济的发展潮流,我国企业所有权的安排都应当是“知识(智力)占有(雇佣)资本”
The reform of state-owned enterprises has touched on the substance of the arrangement of enterprise ownership. This paper disagrees with the current popular “wage employment of capital” and the long-term practice of history, and the view that the (non-human) capital owner owns the ownership of the enterprise. The article expresses different views on the three interpretations of “capital wage labor” and points out that no matter whether through the reform the state-owned system is compatible with the market economy or the intellectual (intellectual) economy, the arrangements for the ownership of enterprises in our country should be Yes “Intellectual (Intellectual) Possession (Employment) Capital”
