以光弹性试验方法为代表的光学测量方法是材料力学试验的一种常见的试验方法。随着材料力学实验课程学时的压缩,无法再开出1个独立的光弹性实验、只能给学生进行演示。由于传统的光弹性仪,其体积大,需要在专用的实验室内使用,观察人数有限。为了使学生了解光测实验技术,满足材料力学实验教学的需要,我们将光弹仪小型化,并保留了光弹性测试方法的所有功能,使之能很方便在教室中演示光弹性实验。
The optical measurement method represented by photoelastic test method is a common test method of material mechanics test. With the compression of hours of material mechanics experiment course, it is impossible to give out an independent photoelastic experiment, which can only give students a demonstration. As the traditional photoelastic instrument, its large size, need to be used in a dedicated laboratory, the limited number of observations. In order to make students understand photometric experiment technology and meet the need of material mechanics experiment teaching, we miniaturized the photoelastic instrument and retained all the functions of the photoelastic test method so as to make it easy to demonstrate the photoelastic experiment in the classroom.
