2015年4月24日,十二屆全國人大常委會第十四次會議表決通過了新修訂的食品安全法,新法自10月1起實施,新法共10章154條。新法對8個方面的制度構建進行了修改,其亮點內容有:第一,建立從田間道餐桌的全鏈條監管,讓問題食品無處藏身。新法規定:國家建立食品安全全程追溯制度。食品生產經營者應當依照本法的規定,建立食品安全追溯體系,保證食品可追溯。國家鼓勵食品生產經營企業採用資訊化手段採集、留存生產經營資
On April 24, 2015, the 14th meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee passed the newly revised Food Safety Law. The new law will come into effect on October 1, and Chapter 10 of the new law will be 154. The new law on the eight aspects of the system construction has been modified, the highlights are: First, the establishment of the whole chain from the table field supervision, so that the problem of food no place to hide. The new law states: The state establishes a full traceability system for food safety. Food producers and traders shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Law, establish a food safety traceability system to ensure traceability of food products. The state encourages food production and operation enterprises to adopt information technology to collect and retain production and operation funds
