本文采用高效液相色谱技术,以先进的光电二极管矩阵检测技术辨认色谱峰的特征性光谱,建立了准确的微量测定 LPO 的方法,并观察了硝苯吡啶对实验性 AS 家兔LPO 的影响。结果表明,硝苯吡啶能降低高脂刺激所致的 LPO 水平。
In this paper, HPLC was used to identify the characteristic spectrum of chromatographic peak with the advanced photodiode matrix detection technology. The method of accurate determination of LPO was established and the effect of nifedipine on the LPO of experimental AS rabbits was observed. The results show that nifedipine can reduce LPO levels caused by high-fat stimulation.
