1.东海舰队组建55周年部队面貌发生历史性变化 1949年4月23日,东海舰队的前身——“华东军区海军”在江苏泰州白马庙成立,从此共和国诞生了自己的人民海军。伴随着共和国前进的步伐,舰队走过了半个多世纪的光辉历程,部队面貌发生了深刻的历史性变化。特别是近年来,在战斗力建设上创造了海军发展史上多项第一,后勤装备技术保障初步形成了岸基持续、海上机动、跨区支援的综合保障能力,逐步确立了一整套先进的管理方式,还涌现出了“上天能驾机、下海能操舰”的优秀舰长柏耀平等一大批具有时代特色的先进典型。
