本文介绍测定人血浆睾酮(T)的RIA(放射免疫分析)法,用混合酸酐法制备T-牛血清清蛋白结合物,以其为抗原制备T-抗血清,用1%活性碳分离免疫复合物与游离T,该方法的T的最小检测量为0.07pmol/L,批内系数分别为4.77%和1.64%,外加T标准品回收率为100.4%。测定158例正常人血浆T浓度,60岁以上男性明显低于60岁和批间变异以下者,女性更年期和绝经期明显低于育龄期,而月经各周期中T浓度无明显差异。
