针对气泡膜机组概念设计建模复杂的问题,借助多色集合理论,通过功能—约束—结构的模式对机组概念知识进行分层建模,每一层包括机组市场需求、方案描述以及从市场需求到方案描述的推理矩阵及其约束条件,其中市场需求为该层输入,对应多色集合方案层的统一颜色,方案描述为该层输出,对应多色集合的个人颜色,推理矩阵为个人颜色与统一颜色的关系矩阵;最后借助模糊评价法找出产品优化组合设计方案。
